Occasion-led campaigns, made for the people
running the restaurant and the marketing.
A Friday special, a birthday, or a guest you’d love to see again. Start with the reason, not a template hunt.
Your dishes, your prices, your photos, your voice. Keep a useful structure and make the details your own.
Check the offer, audience, and booking link. Give guests one clear next step and a reason to take it.
Our planned workflow. Campaign creation and sending are in development.
How often should a restaurant send email? Start with a pace you can keep, and a reason your guests care about.
Find your first subject line| Your place | Start here | Make it relevant |
|---|---|---|
| Local restaurant | Twice a month | Try weekly when there’s a fresh special. |
| Café or bakery | Once or twice a month | Share seasonal bakes or a new reason to stop in. |
| Fine dining | Once or twice a month | Plan around a menu launch or a special evening. |
| Bar or brewery | Weekly if events support it | Tie each note to a tasting, release, or event. |
Let your guests set the pace. Watch clicks, bookings, replies, and unsubscribes; adjust rather than adding emails just to fill a calendar.
Restaurant email subject lines to make your own.
Pick an occasion. Swap in the real details.
Make these your own. Keep the subject easy to scan and make sure the email delivers on it. Use dishes, dates, and offers your guests will recognize.
Start with people who ask to hear from you. A smaller, interested audience is a better place to begin than a list of strangers.
An invitation, from the very first hello.Put a clear signup beside your menu or booking link. Say what guests will receive and how often.
Link a QR code on a menu or receipt to an optional signup. Give guests a reason to join, such as first news of seasonal menus.
Review any marketing permissions recorded in your reservation or POS system before reusing contacts. A booking alone isn’t a newsletter signup.
Keep marketing signup optional, honor unsubscribes, and skip bought lists. Build a relationship guests choose to keep.
About the product, the approach,
and what’s available today.
DineSend is an email marketing tool in development for independent restaurants. We’re building around everyday occasions — specials, birthdays, and repeat visits — to give owners a useful starting point for staying in touch with guests.
Independent restaurants, neighborhood cafés, bistros, and small hospitality groups. We’re designing for owners and operators who handle the marketing alongside everything else.
No. The planned approach starts with an occasion and a draft you can make your own. Bring your dish, offer, photo, and voice; the goal is to give you a starting point instead of a blank page.
Email gives guests who want to hear from you a direct reminder of a reason to return: a new dish, a celebration, or a favorite special. Results depend on your audience and offer; no campaign can guarantee bookings.
Start with a rhythm you can sustain, such as twice a month, and send something useful each time. A weekly special may suit a weekly email. Test with your own audience and adjust using clicks, bookings, feedback, and unsubscribes.
We haven’t announced integrations or importing support yet. If you already have guest contacts, check which guests asked to receive marketing before using that list. A reservation or receipt email alone is not the same as a marketing signup.
Pricing hasn’t been announced. We’ll share the plans and what they include before asking anyone to commit. There is no paid plan or free account available on this preview site.
DineSend is still in development, and the campaigns here are examples. Where email inquiries are available, you can tell us about your restaurant through your own email app. This preview does not create an account, subscribe you to a mailing list, or send campaigns.
